Due to the high demands of our heeler puppies, we have a waiting list!
Please read this entire page and understand the terms before you commit to this contract, this is a great way to guarantee you one of our beautiful puppies. Note that this deposit is non-refundable.We have clients who like a certain Sire, Dam or color, so we thought this would be a great way to guarantee a first pick puppy of your choice.
1. Pay a $100 (non-refundable deposit) but applied toward the final cost of your new puppy
2. Check availability of upcoming litters3. Call or email us to inquire about the "Puppy Waiting List"
4. When your mind is made up for sure you want to purchase a puppy from our upcoming litter, call or e-mail with your information and to make your $100 deposit. (PayPal, Personal Check, cash) Please note that if you send your payment via PayPal there will be a 3% fee added.
5. The $100 deposit will put you on the list in the order that deposits are received. The first deposit has first choice, second has second choice and so forth.
6. If you do not find the puppy that you are looking for in the litter you have made a deposit on you can take the option of rolling your deposit over to the next litter of your choice. The deposit is good for one year from the date it was made and if you have not picked a puppy yet, your $100 deposit will be forfeited.
7. After the puppies are born and you decide you do want a puppy from the litter you have placed a $100 deposit on, you will need to send the additional amount not paid (non-refundable) (PayPal, Personal Check, Cash) which is applied to the final cost of your puppy. Please note that if you send your payment via PayPal there will be a 3% fee added.
8. We normally wait until the puppies are around 2 to 3 weeks old to start the choosing process. If someone on the list has first choice etc. and wants to choose earlier this is acceptable.
9. We will send you a notification via email with photos of new puppies and give you a courtesy call to let you know we have a new litter. We will give you 24 hours to make your decision or pass. If you pass than the next person in line will have the option of choosing their pick.
*If you choose not to place a $100.00 deposit, but would still like to be notified if we have any puppies available, we can do that as well. However, this does not guarantee you a puppy without a deposit.
